When you decide to make an appointment with Dr. Merchant, kindly call our office at 520-299-1736 to set up 30 min zoom consultation so that we can understand your concerns and manage your expectation of us in terms of your care. This lets us understand what you hope to achieve with your treament and allows us to help you navigate length of stay you will need to achieve your treatment goal. Once the first appointment is set, necessary medical intake form as well as detailed questionnaires link will be sent to you.
First workup appointment usually takes about 2.5-3 hours with followup review of findings which takes 90 min.
